All games on Jana9 are tested by independent third parties and certified with a Random Number Generator (RNG). Every game outcome is completely fair and random.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, bets on incomplete rounds will be refunded. However, Jana9 is not liable for any loss caused by a disconnection if the game result has already been recorded in the server log.

• In disputes over game outcomes, the server log is the definitive record
• The dealer's decision is final in all Live Casino games
• The use of bots, automation software, or any form of manipulation is prohibited

• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to another member's account
• Game software manipulation or reverse engineering
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Coordinated fraudulent activity against the platform
• Facilitating minors in gaming
